I chose not to polish this pen when I finished sanding, so that the aroma of the whiskey may waft and hints of bourbon may tickle your nose while you use it. The Buffalo Trace® distillery is one of the oldest distillation centers in the United States. With over 200 years of Bourbon Whiskey production under their belt, Buffalo Trace® is created from local Kentucky and Indiana grains. Their Master Distillers air dry aged white oak barrels before charring the wood. Each barrel ages and mellows at its own rate before passing a panel led taste test and being released to the public as Buffalo Trace®."
